We always aim to keep your information secure, and will not share it with other parties except where required by law or where essential for our technical operations (as described here). Our website and email is managed by us directly (hosted on Linode, Binary lane, and our own servers) and we have in-house expertise for maintenance, network and database security.
All communications between your web browser and our website is SSL encrypted. The website may gather information such as your IP address and which pages have been accessed, which is stored by ourselves and/or Google Analytics, and used to derive statistical information on usage.
Other services we use: our accounting system is Xero (xero.com), who also have an excellent track record on security. Our credit card payment gateways are pin.net.au and Paypal, and our bank is Suncorp. We do not collect or keep credit card details, this is handled directly by the payment gateways.
We may, where allowed and appropriate, contact clients for follow-ups and other communications. Naturally, you may at any time request to be excluded/removed from such communications. We adhere to the Australian anti-spam legislation and guidelines.
Should we become aware of a security breach, we will notify anybody who might be affected, and keep them informed of our further actions.
