Activity: Class Calendar

Description

The Class Calendar Activity provides a 2019 calendar – one month per landscape A4 page. This calendar can be printed out and displayed in class, so that teachers and students can fill in important information, such as school terms and public holidays. A set of small picture icons are provided at the end of the resource, which can be cut out and pasted onto the appropriate days. Public holidays and other celebrations, including New Year’s Day, Christmas, ANZAC Day, Eid and Chinese New Year are amongst those represented. 30 gift icons are also provided to mark class birthdays.

This resource can be used by any class, but aligns particularly with the Australian Curriculum History, Geography, Civics and Citizenship and HASS for Foundation (Prep) to Year 3.
