The Indigenous People of Australia are referred to as Aboriginal People. The word means “original inhabitant”. There are many different Aboriginal groups in Australia. This resource lists some of those groups as well as introducing some neighbouring indigenous groups in Asia. Separate resources are available for a number of these peoples.
