Description
What is a Primary Source? What is a Secondary Source?
This resource provides a means of easily distinguishing these sources, using examples matched to the Australian National Curriculum. Texts, paintings, drawings and photographs are all considered and analysis of examples of each are given. Examples include drawings and paintings from Captain Cook’s voyages around the world, as well as others, all chosen for their relevance to the Australian Curriculum.
This is an invaluable resource to support Year 5 and 6 History, but also has a broader relevance.
